When applying for a new product, performing a complex verification process is always a hassle. FBC evaluation support program will help you to reduce protocol adjustment work and improve your work environment and staining results with zero risk.
In particular, H&E staining results are more concerning because they directly relate to the diagnosis. But there's nothing to worry about. We can maintain the staining characteristics and colors through our Stain Evaluation Support Program.
Process
1) Collect
Our Sales Manager will contact you to understand your lab and protocol. And he/she will request 3 stained slides and 10 unstained slides from the same block to complete the Stain Evaluation.
2) Evaluation
We will look over and understand your protocol and slides. Then we will develop and suggest several options to match your preferences. Laboratory work process and time always will be considered.
3) Deliver
We will schedule a time to deliver the finalized stained slides and protocols. We will review the Stain Evaluation results with you and your team to ensure complete satisfaction.
