Process
1) Collect
Our Sales Manager will contact you to understand your lab and protocol. They will request 3 stained slides and 10 unstained slides from the same block to begin the stain evaluation.
2) Evaluation
We will review your protocol and slides, then develop and suggest several options to match your preferences. Your laboratory workflow and turnaround time will always be taken into consideration.
3) Deliver
We will deliver the finalized stained slides and optimized protocols, then review the stain evaluation results with you and your team to ensure complete satisfaction.
